• Excel downloads of financials
• Internal and external hyperlinks
• Multimedia content
• Contact details/feedback form
• Access to all investor information from one area
• Consistency with the corporate brand
• Easy to identify sections/divisions
• Able to identify where you are in the report at any given time
• Key messages highlighted
• Meaningful and descriptive images accompanying text
• Previous years' figures differentiated from current reporting figures
• Diagrams, tables and charts intelligently designed and attractive
• Clear, readable printouts
• Consistency between print and online
