Pan Pacific Petroleum NL (the ‘Company’) is a company domiciled in Australia. The address of the Company’s registered office is Level 2, 123 Walker Street, NorthSydney, NSW 2060. The consolidated financial report of the Company for the financial year ended 30 June 2008 comprises the Company and its subsidiaries (together referred to as the ‘consolidated entity’) and the consolidated entity’s interest in joint venture operations. The consolidated entity primarily is involved in petroleum exploration, development and production.
